What to Expect On Your First Visit
Your first visit to a chiropractic office might feel unfamiliar, but we’re here to guide you through the process and make you feel comfortable every step of the way.

What to Bring

• Identification: Please bring your Driver's Licr and your insurance card, if applicable.
• Medical History: Any relevant medical records, X-rays, or MRI scans.
• List of Medications: A list of any medications or supplements you are currently taking.
• Comfortable Clothing: Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing to allow for ease of movement during the examination.

Initial Consultation
Your first visit will begin with an initial consultation with our experienced chiropractor. This consultation allows us to understand your health concerns, medical history, and specific needs. We encourage you to share any questions or concerns you may have during this time.

Comprehensive Examination
Following the initial consultation, a comprehensive examination will be conducted to assess your spinal health, posture, and overall musculoskeletal condition. This may include:

• Spinal Analysis: Evaluation of your posture and spinal alignment.
• Range of Motion Tests: Assessment of your flexibility and mobility.
• Neurological Tests: Evaluation of nerve function and reflexes.
• Orthopedic Tests: Examination of joint and muscle function.

In-House Digital X-Rays
X-rays may be recommended to provide a clearer understanding of your spinal health and identify any underlying issues.

Personalized Treatment Plan
Based on the findings from the initial consultation and examination, our chiropractors will create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your individual needs and goals.
