Insurance Pricing
Insurance Billing Policy:
Patients are responsible to know their Chiropractic benefits before being seen. You should know if you have a deductible for chiropractic, what your copay/co-insurance is, and also if you require a referral.
Card on File Policy:
We will keep your card on file and will charge you your patient responsibility once we receive an explanation of benefits (EOB) from your insurance carrier. This usually takes a few weeks.
Patients who have a deductible remaining:
If you have a deductible, then you will be responsible for the cost of that visit until your deductible is met. Once your deductible is met, you will pay your copay. Some patients may not have deductibles and some do. You can call your insurance company or click the link above to find out your exact chiropractic benefits. If your insurance deductible has not yet been met, then the cost of an exam visit is $125 or less. The cost of a follow-up visit is $60 or less. The cost of an x-ray is $60 or less. This can be a bit confusing. Be sure to contact us if you have any questions and we'll help you.
